We handle billing via Paddle . It’s the same payment provider used in companies such as Adobe, Sketch and other. We do not handle your credit card information directly. Paypal is fully supported, select it as your payment method on checkout.

You can download receipts from the Billing page , and you get a confirmation email after you place an order. You can find your order number and receipt in this email. Let us know if you are missing any.

Most of VideoMark’s features are free to use on Chrome. Free Plan is up to 20 video notes. Upgrade to Unlimited Plan to take unlimited notes.

Yes! We offer either monthly or yearly billing options. The yearly billing option is always cheaper.

Why is my payment failing?

Double-check that the information you are entering is correct, including the expiration date and security code. Some banks and card issuers limit online transactions by default. You can reach out to your bank and ask if that’s the case or if there are any other reasons why the transaction was not successful.

Your account email will be notified after each failed payment. Payments may be retried up to 3 times within the next week. After this, if the payment did not succeed, you will be downgraded to the Free plan.

How can I cancel my subscription?

If you started your subscription, cancel your subscription by heading to the Billing page and clicking Cancel.

Please note that this simply cancels the automatic renewal of your subscription. You will retain access to Unlimited Plan features until the end of your current billing cycle, and will not be charged again by VideoMark.
